thank you for buying one of our child theme ! If you’re here, it’s maybe because unfortunately something doesn’t work for you or something else. WE ARE GOING TO HELP YOU AS MUCH AS WE CAN AND FAST AS WE CAN.
Before submit a support ticket :
- Check Support Docs first on our support page you can find in the menu to see if we already wrote something about your question.
- Clear your cache if you’re not seeing changes appear on your site after saving edits & customizations, it can be only that sometimes !
- Don’t forget to do Updates ! WordPress, Plugins .. need to be update. If you haven’t already. When plugins aren’t update, it can cost some issue.
Things you need to know :
Plugins that it used in your website are not always supported by us because we do not create the plugins. So we can trying to help you understand what’s happen if there is some trouble but if it’s a plugin trouble, we can’t modify the plugin. Also, if you download and install some plugins that aren’t working with our templates, we cannot do anything too. Don’t forget to read the list of plugin that are surely not compatible when you’re buying our website.
